Who Should You Affiliate With?

In the mid 1990’s, a company called Amazon.com popularized their marketing strategy by using Affiliate Programs. An Affiliate Program is a marketing system where an online business pays its’ “affiliates” to send traffic or market the goods of that business. The affiliate helps make the sale and Amazon does everything else. They take the actual order, handle the money, ship the product, and then send you a commission. Nice!

For the Online Business, an Affiliate Program is an excellent way to sell products online as well as an inexpensive yet highly effective marketing strategy, but it can also be a cheap and effective marketing strategy; it’s a good way to get the word out about your site.

Over the past few years, affiliate programs have grown enormously and have changed with the demand of Internet users. For online businesses that don’t sell many of their products or services online, becoming an affiliate for complimentary services is a good way to bring in additional revenue for your company.

For instance, if you tune pianos in your local area and have a website, you may also want to find complimentary businesses that will pay you to advertise them on your website. In this case, maybe there is an affiliate program offering “Teaching Yourself The Piano” books. Or a program that offers discounted CD’s of great Pianists.

You can find very good online jobs and work at home opportunities on the Internet. Be careful of the ones that sound too good to be true. Listen to your head on those.

Free affiliate programs are a great way to earn some extra cash money with your website. If someone goes through your links into the shop of the merchant, and buys something, you earn commission from the sale. That’s the simple version. There are so many resources for earning money online it can be mind blowing. It’s best to start with one good Affiliate Program until you know what you’re doing. You can then (and should) incorporate more.

Starting Internet business through affiliate programs is the best way to generate a secondary source of income. Start by seeing where you can help others with their business, and in return people will be more inclined to help you when you need it. In other words, build a relationship by giving before you get. Provide a solution for your visitors, and they’ll become customers. Gone are the days of hyped-up pot shot marketing. Customers are savvy to that. They demand trust with the people they do business with.

Online Marketing is not difficult but, just the same as any other trade or profession, you have to learn it. Having your own online business is the least risky business you can have but you can’t do it for free. Well, you can do it for free however your results will be bleak.

It’s Your Net offers a terrific Affiliate Program. Our Wireless Mobile and Internet products are not only in demand but one of a kind.

Promote great selling products and receive lifetime affiliate commissions. This is a great program for affiliates of any experience level. Promote your Web site using our easy to use tools. You can even submit your site to all the top search engines for free and get advice on how to build your traffic without spending a lot of money on advertising.

Join us today and start building a legitimate income on the Internet from the comfort of your own home office. No experience necessary, just your will to succeed.

Why Do Businesses Need A Web Presence?

If you are a business who believes that you don’t need a web site, think again. Your customers are also using the Internet as with the rest of the planet. The average household connects to the Internet many times during the week. And today, the progressive business will move where the market serves them best. That market is The Internet.

Businesses that serve a local or specific area sometimes overlook the vast benefits of having a web site for their business. Because they rely mostly on foot traffic, local advertising, and word of mouth, they are passing up a much larger potential customer base. The Internet.

Internet usage has become so pervasive that even businesses that serve strictly local markets are finding advantages from doing business on the web. Let local visitors get to know you.

Whatever your line of business, be assured that some of your competitors are on the Internet and targeting your customers. Today, the web makes it possible to sell your product and services all over the world via secure transactions, and credit card clearing houses. Whatever your business, whatever your organization, if you need to communicate with people, the World Wide Web offers a rich, relatively inexpensive medium with which to advertise. Only a few years ago there were not very many people that owned or used a fax machine.

Even as silly as it may have first appeared, businesses such as Pizza Hut and Papa Johns have websites where customers who normally picked up the phone and dialed in, can just order straight from their PC. Why? Both pizza delivery chains bothered knowing their customers.

Online, your business can look much bigger than it really is. It doesn’t matter if you have a desk in the basement, your website and your dedication to customer service can make your business be a multi-million dollar business as long as the demand is there.

One benefit of the Internet is that users choose the time and place for shopping, gleaning information and checking prices. Online is always open.

On the Internet, information to your customers via your website can communicated simply and effectively. And unlike print media or costly yellow pages, the information can be updated frequently. As for cost, imagine the cost of developing, producing and mailing a color circular or brochure every week to 100 customers. On the Internet, the only cost is the design of the page. Additionally, you can increase the 100 customers to thousands and the cost remains the same.

Internet surfers who come upon your site may even have a web site of their own. If they like your business enough, they could even like to your website with a recommendation. This gives you even more potential for business.

If you have any type of business at all be it selling novelties at swap meets to a construction service to a local liquor store, having a web site will remove another barrier between you and your customer.

Wireless technology offers several advantages

When new things come to market, the first thing a person thinks of is cost. Rest assured, wireless technology is much more cost effective than wired.

Wireless technology has actually been around for a very long time. The first radios were the early days of wireless. Wireless technology used to be very expensive, slow, and proprietary. However, the new wireless technology delivers fast, standardized service.

The demand for the latest wireless technology has been pushed by the increasing importance of portable computing applications. Almost every new notebook computer now comes wireless ready.

Mobile and WLAN services enable users to access full Internet services on handheld devices without cable connections, allowing mobility and convenience.

Mobile phones can provide multiple services including voice, email, text messaging, paging, web access, and voice recognition services. Newer mobile phones incorporate PDA, wireless Internet, email, and global positioning system (GPS) capabilities.

Bluetooth wireless technology uses radio waves to enable mobile devices, such as mobile phones, PDAs and laptops, to establish wireless connections with other devices that are in short range. Bluetooth-enabled devices don’t need to be in line of sight or be pointing at each other. And, because they are wireless, Bluetooth devices don’t plug into your cell phone. To use a Bluetooth, all you need to do is have them “shake hands” in a sense.

And for the music lover in most all of us, sending music over the airwaves means you can enjoy more of your music, more of the time.

Wireless technology and VoIP technology have been merged to create another innovation-VoWiFi. VoWiFi phones are beginning to hit the market.

Wireless technology isn’t just a convenience these days. It’s a powerful tool which many uses include crime prevention. Individuals who have camera phones can snap pictures of crimes in progress and transfer them to local authorities. Additionally, people who may be uncomfortable calling in crime tips can use text messaging to communicate.

Wireless technology can potentially provide important benefits for financial institutions and the customers. Wireless can be an alternative to a hard wired network and would offer up information and updates in real time. Believe it or not, many institutions do not have real time banking yet.

Wireless technology is going to bring even more convenience to our lives. How about a wireless device attached to a medical sensor on a patient that can make an emergency call to the hospital even before the patient feels the first chest pain? .

What about if you could control your home with a click of your mouse on, right from your computer either at home of when you’re on vacation? Sounds pretty Jetson-like but it is the new reality.

Wireless technology is quickly carving out it’s own market niche’. Imagine the potential of having and marketing a business that goes wherever your customer goes.

The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly About Prostate Cancer

The good news about prostate cancer is it’s nearly 100% curable if you catch it in time.

The bad news is that most men don’t get regular checkups. Plus, many times men ignore the symptoms of prostate disease or cancer like: frequent urination, and weak urine stream. And once they do recognize these symptoms, in most cases, it could be much too late.

The Ugly. African Americans and those with a family history of prostate cancer are mostly at risk.

I’m Thomas Lindsey and I was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer about a year ago. And I am here writing to you healthier, happier, and in better shape than I’ve ever been. Let me share with you some things I’ve learned and what I did to overcome my disease.

Other Risk Factors of Prostate Disease or Prostate Cancer

* Having a close relative (father, brother, or son) with prostate cancer doubles your risk of disease.

* Having two of the above increases your risk to 3 or 4 times.

* Having three of the above raises your risk by a factor of 8-10 times.

Vasectomy Yes or No?
Early reports had suggested that having a vasectomy could possibly promote prostate cancer. However, after further studies, the current thinking is that vasectomies have nothing to do with prostate cancer.

If you’ve already had a vasectomy you don’t need to take on any special precautions. Just stick to your regular checkups.

Prevention of Prostate Trouble
Eat Less Fat: Just as with heart disease and other forms of cancer, prostate cancer is more prominent among men who eat a fatty diet. And the worst thing you can eat is saturated fat (that goes for all of us). Eat less meat and increase your levels of fruits, veggies, grains and non-fat dairy.

Don’t Smoke Men who smoke have an increased risk of prostate cancer. The risk isn’t hugely bigger but it’s best not to smoke at all. If you have any of the risk factors above, it’s extremely important not to smoke.

Have Regular Checkups Starting at the age of 50, you should have a prostate checkup. If you have any of the risk factors, you should start having them when you turn 40. Make sure you get the blood test for prostate specific antigen (PSA) as well.

Lock In Your Energy Rates With Zurvita Choice

by Alan Ordaz

Where do you think energy rates are headed? According to top analysts, the only direction is "North".

On August 28 of 2008 Progress Energy who serves customers in Florida and some of the Southeastern states gives us a little glimpse into that question. In their statement they expect electricity rates to go up 31% next year. Bleak? I'll say. In North Carolina they are seeking a 16% rate increase. Why? Because coal and the other fuels needed to generate electricity have gone up in price.

In Florida the increase is to help Progress Energy recover their costs for fuel, clean air technology at coal burning power plants and nuclear plant investment.

How To Control The Cost Of Energy
With electricity and gas bills we pay one price one month and another price the next. And what's really interesting is that we use this energy and gas before we know how much we're going to be charged for it the following month. How do people manage and budget their money when they don't know what to plan or budget for? Well, the answer is... they really can't.

Kind of like a fixed rate mortgage, there is a way for you to control the cost of energy by having a fixed rate energy plan. For residents of Georgia, Texas, New York, Michigan, Ohio, and soon to be other states, a company called Zurvita can get customers on a fixed rate energy plan.

Zurvita Choice Customers Lock In Their Energy Rates
Currently Zurvita services 5 States: Texas, New York, Georgia, Ohio, and Michigan. With Zurvita Choice, a customer has better control over his or her budget and finances. Zurvita Choice customers lock in their energy rate for up to 3-years. This provides for a more stable financial plan in regards to the energy bill because there aren't any surprises. The really nice thing is that you can still keep your same energy company. The change is totally seamless and very simple. current lock-in rates

What Is The Best Anti-Aging Secret?

by Johnny Heurung

So you say you want to live forever. Forever? Probably not doable unless you want to become a zombie or Joan Rivers. How about living to 100 or better? Very doable with Rhododendron Caucasicum.

“What is Rhododendron Caucasicum?” you say, as your heart beats faster with the prospect of immortality now at hand.

Rhododendron Caucasicum is actually and ingredient in the Alpine tea that the fine folks in the Republic of Georgia (a part of the former Soviet Union) drink on a daily basis. The same fine folks who routinely live well past the century mark.

How is this possible? Well along with their regular intake of wine and honey, Rhododendron Caucasicum is probably primarily responsible for their unusual longevity.

Among its many health benefits, Rhododendron Caucasicum is said to reduce blood serum cholesterol levels, repair heart damage, treat arthritis, and reduce or eliminate enlargement of the prostrate.

The Mythical Fountain of Youth May Actually Be In The Republic of Georgia
Rhododendron Caucasicum, also known as “snow rose”, contains polyphenolics, including flavonoids and proanthocyanidids. It is also antibacterial while allowing the good probiotics to thrive. Rhododendron Caucasicum is also an excellent free radical scavenger. Studies have shown Rhododendron Caucasicum inhibits or abolishes the activity of the enzyme hyaluronidase, known to be an initiator of colon cancer.

For over 2000 years, Georgians have consumed daily quantities of Rhododendron Caucasicum in Alpine tea.

So the verdict is in on Rhododendron Caucasicum. Case study after case study has shown the miraculous benefits of Rhododendron Caucasicum. Conclusion? The mythical Fountain of Youth may actually be in the Republic of Georgia, not Florida. New Yorkers retiring to Florida may want to reconsider.

How To Look and Feel Younger
Rhododendron Caucasicum is the wonder drug that is not a drug, but a natural substance that can not only increase your life span beyond human norms, but also make you look and feel better getting there. Getting there in more than half the fun. Who wants to live to be 126 if you’re experiencing the usual aches, pains, and maladies generally associated with the aging process?

Why do you think the rich and famous subject their bodies and fortunes to every cosmetic surgery and body enhancement known to modern medicine, all to hold back the years and keep, maintain, or manufacture, a youthful, vibrant appearance? And although they may look better outwardly, they still suffer the same internal body parts malfunctions as the rest of us do.

Suppose you were actually lucky, or maybe unlucky enough to win the lottery at age 90. What good would it do you? What would you do with your newfound wealth? Probably give most of it to undeserving friends and relatives young enough to do something with it.

After all, what could you do with it? Throw a bedpan party at your nursing home? Start a new career as a matador in Spain? Hone your swimming skills and tryout for the Olympics? Or maybe a trip around the world in search of romance and a new love? God forbid you found a new love, what would you do with it?

Stay Young, Vibrant, and Healthy
So by now you have surmised the moral of the story. It will do you no good to win the lottery when you’re 90, unless you’re healthy and vigorous enough to enjoy it. Had you been taking your Rhododendron Caucasicum daily along with those robust Georgians, you could treat your new love to something besides a second helping of jello. You could start that new career as a bullfighter with zestful exuberance.

Of course there are a few caveats to beware of with Rhododendron Caucasicum. Not like the infamous warnings the perscription drugmakers are now made to include about “possible side effects” of their overpriced cures for whatever ails us.

You know the ones I mean, like “may cause drowsiness, impotence, kidney failure, heart damage, liver damage, stroke, and sudden death”. They can cure your sinus problem or ulcer, but they may have to kill you to do it. That’s why we pay them the big bucks, I guess. They always have our, or maybe it’s their best interest, at heart, if not our health.

If Rhododendron Caucasicum had a warning label, it would read something like this: “May result in your new wife being mistaken for your great-granddaughter. May raise the age to qualify on the Senior Tour from 50 to 85. May result in Social Security Administration limiting your benefits and raising your qualifying age from 65 to 95. May cause companies who guarantee their products of service for life to exclude you. feel you can endure all these terrible potential side effects of Rhododendron Caucasicum, go for it.

So if you feel you can endure all these terrible potential side effects of Rhododendron Caucasicum, go for it. Live long and prosper.

Vacation Traps To Avoid by Torbett Beard

by Torbett Beard

What's worse than being trapped in an elevator?

Being trapped on a vacation that isn't what you expected it to be. At some point soon the elevator will open, I promise. But paying for a vacation of UN bliss for three to 7 days is much too painful. We don't remember elevators much. But we do remember vacations.

The good, the bad, and yes... even the ugly.

One precaution you can take to get the most of your vacation is to do your research. Remember, just because a brochure paints a very charming vacation spot, highlights the surroundings, nights on the town and so forth, remember, they're paid to do that. Not that it's a bad thing, but is it what you really want?

Don't Fall For
Traditional Cruises. These are cruises where the ships sail the Caribbean and Alaskan coast to make ports of call which, recently aren't even real places designed to take money from tourists.

Example: You arrive at the "port" and the small area you see is very island-like, there are little street booths selling everything from hair braids to pottery and of course food. You decide you'll get your hair braided in those tiny little braids. Why not? The price from the time the woman (who you can't understand) begins braiding your hair to when she's done has gone up 45 dollars and somehow she has gotten you to not only believe the braids were well worth the $200 but to tip her as well.

You get back on the ship and the first thing your husband does is laugh out loud. He can't help himself.

Here's the alternative: There are many cruise ships sailing the coasts of New England and Canada that are great options or how about the fjords of Scandinavia. You'll still get plenty of open water time but you don't have to put up with the people selling their wares every time you get off the boat.

Don't Fall For
Aspen in the winter. "What? Are you kidding me?" you say. Unless you love paying overinflated prices and don't mind crowds that are out of this world, save Aspen for the summer when the crowds are gone and the scenery is breathtaking.

Instead try this: Crested Butte Colorado. Crested Butte is a beautiful place with amazing lodging. Crested Butte is one of the very few true Colorado Ski towns. From the moment you get into town you'll be charmed by the community feel. The people who work in Crested Butte also live in Crested Butte and they're some of the friendliest people you'll ever meet. Crested butte isn't as glitzy as Aspen, but it's a better value and the skiing is no different than in Aspen.

Don't Fall For
All Inclusive Resort Packages. On the brochure they look like a great deal. You're getting a lot of bang for your buck. This is true. However you're still paying for the "bang", and chances are you will use very little of it. Like the belly dancing lessons offered poolside at 2:00 in the afternoon. Plus, if you choose the resort package, you never get to experience the area.

Instead.. opt for a nice villa which is equipped with a kitchen and bedrooms. This makes things more convenient and you and your map can take off and explore the area like you really wanted to do to begin with.

Enjoy The Deep Discounts of Luxury Vacation Memberships
If you are a travel buff and try to take several vacations throughout the year, consider a Luxury Vacation Membership Package. These can be used over and over again and you only pay for them when you use them. The savings is substantial and the quality of vacations are exceptional.

Global Resorts Network members have access to thousands of 3, 4 and 5 star Luxury Resorts all over the world. Personalized Customer service is included. For a fixed one-time membership fee you have access to an impressive catalog of destinations across the world. There is no restriction to the number of luxury vacations that you can book throughout the year.
