How To Get Rid Of Stress and Anxiety

by: Thomas Lindsey

The biggest factor in dealing with stress is, letting it get the best of us. Every human being has some type of stress to deal with occasionally. Some of us have more stress than others. If you have to deal with little daily stresses, you're among the living. However when stress is chronic and intense, it can be harmful to us, in fact very harmful both physically and mentally. Which is, of course, a stress in itself.

Many people believe that medications are the answer to any of life's little problems. They feel stress, and pop a pill. They get depressed, in the mouth with a pill. Unfortunately medications don't help us "deal" with stress or our stressors. Medications help eliminate our symptoms. The problem... well it's still there.

How To Get Rid Of Stress On The Job If your job is too stressful, start taking steps to get another job. No job is worth your life.

Decide what you can live with in a job and what you can't live with in a job. Don't trade one pain for another though. If your stress has to do with needing more money, learn a new skill, sell on eBay, get involved in a home based business where you are paid what you are worth.

If high responsibility is a stressor for you, take a job not in management, but on a different level. If the pay is just a little bit less, just think about how many more years you added to your life. You're worth it.

Stress And Adaptogens
Stress exerts a major influence on both the human physical body and mental state. It is second only to genetics in the list of factors that affect the human condition. Stress comes in many different forms such as air and water pollutants, chemicals in food and medicines, mental or emotional stress and physical exertion.

Stress affects the body at the cellular level and deprives cells of their energy supply. When this happens the body begins to break down allowing disease and aging to flourish. Some researchers attribute 75% of all illnesses to stress. Stress can be a killer. Adaptogens regenerate the body and shorten the recovery time from stress. When taken regularly, Adaptogens greatly increase the body's ability to reduce the adverse effects of stress.

The goji berry has been revered throughout Asia for its unmatched ability to promote health and balance the body's energies, especially the "vital life force" known as chi. Science has revealed that the secret to goji's powerful benefits lies in a group of unique bioactive molecules, not found in any other plant on earth, called Lycium barbarum polysaccharides (LBPs).

A pivotal randomized, double-blind and placebo-controlled human clinical trial showed that a daily serving of just 4 ounces of GoChi can significantly improve your health and well-being in 13 important ways in just 14 days.

What Are The 13 Important Ways?
Less fatigue, Improved athletic performance, Increased energy, Reduction of Stress, Feeling Calmer, Increased ability to focus, Sharper mental acuity, Better quality of sleep, Easier ability to wake up, Feeling healthier, Feeling more content, Feeling happier, Improved bowel regularity.
